Today, it stands recognized as the leader and trendsetter in this field in Pakistan and abroad. The National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences holds the honor of being Pakistan's first multi-campus (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar) university chartered by the Federal Government in the private sector. These were established by FAST- the sponsoring body of the University, through the selfless, ceaseless and imaginative efforts of its Board of Governors.
