LeadershipClub, Leadership Club成立于2008年初，是一个以英语环境为平台，致力于培养会员跨文化沟通能力，通过小组合作学习方式锻炼个人领导力，从而能够用自己的行动影响和帮助更多人，促进中外跨文化交流的一个非营利性组织。目前，我们日常的活动是每两周一次的俱乐部组会。此外，我们鼓励会员提出自己的想法和实践自己的领导力，负责筹备和组织各种跨文化交流和职场技能提升的大型活动。
